The pump housing lid and diffuser are made from polypropylene, which is resistant to chemical care products in pool water. It is reinforced with glass fiber, which guarantees excellent durability. Description
The Optima Pump 50 is a powerful and robust circulation pump designed to ensure stable, high water flow in larger freestanding pools and filtration systems. The hydraulically optimised pump housing delivers impressive flow capacity, making it ideal for daily operation where large volumes of pool water must pass through the filter system.
With a performance of 0.50 HP and a capacity of up to 14,500 litres per hour, the Optima Pump 50 can easily handle pools of up to 67,500 litres. The integrated pre-filter basket offers extra-large volume and helps trap larger debris such as leaves or insects, while the transparent lid makes it easy to see when cleaning is needed.
The pump housing, lid and diffuser are made of chemical-resistant polypropylene reinforced with fibreglass – a strong and durable material designed to withstand chlorine and other water treatment products. All motor components are isolated from the water, and the sealed bearings are maintenance-free, ensuring quiet operation and high electrical safety. The pump is also compatible with both chlorine and saltwater systems, thanks to its use of corrosion-resistant AISI-316 stainless steel components.
