Description

With Easy Salt it easy to keep bathing water clean and clear without the use of chemical water care products. Easy Salt is a salt chlorinator, which is simply a machine that uses electrolysis to turn salt into chlorine. Natural chlorine does not irritate skin and eyes, and can neither be smelt or tasted. But it is still a very effective disinfectant, which keeps the water free of bacteria and algae.

How does the Easy Salt salt generator work
The Easy Salt generator system consists of a control unit, which is mounted by your pool, and a converter that is installed after the filter tank in the circulation system. At the beginning of the season pool salt is added directly to the water in the pool. Via electrolysis the salt in the bath water is converted to chlorine when it flows through the converter.

The system is a disinfectant circuit where the same salt is used again and again. You do not have to constantly add new salt. Through evaporation the chlorine is transformed back into salt and the process starts all over again. It is only necessary to add more salt when new water is added, e.g. in the form of rain.

Easy Salt installation and use
Easy Salt can be used with both free-standing as well as inground pools and does not take up much space. The control unit can for example be installed directly on the filter tank with strips (included). As with any other disinfection, Easy Salt should be continuously adjusted according to how many are bathing and what the weather is like. It is quick and easy to do with Easy Salt’s intuitive control panel.

Maintenance:
Should the salt content in the water become too low, for example if a lot of rain water has entered the pool, an alarm tells you that it is time to add more salt.

The salt-producing cell in the converter becomes less effective over time and must be replaced approximately every 1-3 years depending on use. The cell can be ordered from your dealer and has the article number 1811.

You must use undried production salt which contains a minimum of 99.8% sodium chloride. Calculate 4 kg salt per 1,000 litres of pool water. 25 kg of pool salt article number 1795.

We recommend that you use a natural flocking agent, for example Swim & Fun SeaKlear (Article 1736) in combination with Easy Salt.
